Directions
From the A38 southbound: take Modbury /Plymouth park n ride exit. Turn left at first junction then straight on at the crossroads. Come in to California Cross, pub on right, petrol station on left. Take left fork straight after the petrol station, pass the chilli farm and take tiny left turn marked Topsham Bridge. Cross bridge then turn right passing the cottages on the river. Turn the corner up the hill and Wood Farm drive is on the right hand side, 150yds at top of hill where the wood starts on the right.
